Split the static analyser functionality so that it's possible just to ask for the set of media implied by a particular file. Extended ConfigurationTarget so that media alone can be pushed to a machine.

Made an initial, very naive attempt to recognise two types of expanded cartridge: those with a superchip and those with a CBS RAM+, in both cases by looking for instructions that appear to write into cartridge space.

Any Oric-format disks that are inserted now make it all the way to the Oric, along with a request to emulate the Microdisc. It has received a copy of the ROM. The ball is entirely in its court now.

Fixed off-by-one recording of disasssmbled addresses; added logic to the Oric static analyser to try to guess between BASIC 1.1 (the preferred option in a tie-break or if no information is found) and BASIC 1.0.

Added logic to try to spot when the first program is BASIC and, if so, what the correct memory model is, then to get that information to the Vic. Though it currently then gets overwritten by the view controller. Grrrr.

ROMs definitely have no behaviour other than responding to memory accesses. Cartridges might. So picked the more general term. Sketched out a class at least to parse PRG as though it were a cartridge. Hence the static analyser can guess at whether a PRG is a cartridge or an ordinary program.
