DebugInfo: Update signature of DICompileUnit::replace*()

Browse Source 
Change `DICompileUnit::replaceSubprograms()` and
`DICompileUnit::replaceGlobalVariables()` to match the `MDCompileUnit`
equivalents that they're wrapping.
