Added a bunch of instructions for disassembly only:

o signed/unsigned add/subtract
o signed/unsigned halving add/subtract
o unsigned sum of absolute difference [and accumulate]
o signed/unsigned saturate
o signed multiply accumulate/subtract [long] dual
