Utils: Simplify MapMetadata(), NFC
Take advantage of the new ability of temporary nodes to mutate to distinct and uniqued nodes to greatly simplify the `MapMetadata()` helper functions. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@226511 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
