llvm-mc/AsmMatcher: Tweak string matcher.

- Track whether we need to insert an explicit 'break'.

 - Invert conditional when matching a single prefix to reduce
   nesting/bracing/breaking.

 - wc -l of X86GenAsmMatcher.inc decreased by 10%. :)
