Fix null reference creation in SelectionDAG constructor.

Store TargetSelectionDAGInfo as a pointer instead of a reference:
getSelectionDAGInfo() may not be implemented for certain backends
(e.g. it's not currently implemented for R600).

This bug is reported by UBSan.
