output so that grep lines in the tests don't unintentionally match

integer and floating-point opcodes, introducing
FAdd, FSub, and FMul.
For now, the AsmParser, BitcodeReader, and IRBuilder all preserve
backwards compatability, and the Core LLVM APIs preserve backwards
compatibility for IR producers. Most front-ends won't need to change
immediately.

(sext i8 {-128,+,1} to i64) to i64 {-128,+,1}, where the iteration
crosses from negative to positive, but is still safe if the trip
count is within range.
