Tim Northover	dcef6a7400	Fix FileCheck --check-prefix lines. Various tests had sprung up over the years which had --check-prefix=ABC on the RUN line, but "CHECK-ABC:" later on. This happened to work before, but was strictly incorrect. FileCheck is getting stricter soon though. No functionality change and all updated tests passed locally. Renato Golin	3382a84074	Avoid NEON SP-FP unless unsafe-math or Darwin NEON is not IEEE 754 compliant, so we should avoid lowering single-precision floating point operations with NEON unless unsafe-math is turned on.
