9d4ef12b9c Implement MaxRSS in terms of mallinfo instead of the system RSS. This gives 
us much more accurate numbers and actually WORKS.

96ef1b90c8 - Rework Statistics: 
* Renamed StatisticReporter.h/cpp to Statistic.h/cpp
    * Broke constructor to take two const char * arguments instead of one, so
      that indendation can be taken care of automatically.
    * Sort the list by pass name when printing
    * Make sure to print all statistics as a group, instead of randomly when
      the statistics dtors are called.

4435ac0097 Implement a new command line option, -debug, which is meant to unify all of 
the random debugging macros scattered throughout llvm.

The new DEBUG(x) macro should be used instead of special purpose debug macros.

71fb71628a Add ability to update existing variables with values read from the command line 
to certain classes.  This is nice because it means that in header files we can
just declare a value, and still have that value be set based on a command-line
argument.  The difference is now that the #include of CommandLine.h does not
need to go into the header file as well.

7c41223c6b Checkin of C string stuff. Fix several bugs, including most escape codes being 
printed as '\\n' instead of their correct code.  Also print things in octal instead of hex.

1e78f36127 CommandLine library cleanup. No longer use getValue/setValue, instead, just treat the commandline 
args as the objects they represent and the "right thing" will happen
