The alias analysis is used define whether the given instruction
is a barrier for store sinking. For 2 identical stores, following
instructions are checked in the both basic blocks, to determine
whether they are sinking barriers.

Merges equivalent loads on both sides of a hammock/diamond
and hoists into into the header.
Merges equivalent stores on both sides of a hammock/diamond
and sinks it to the footer.
Can enable if conversion and tolerate better load misses
and store operand latencies.
