ProfileDataTypes.h header.
With this patch the old and new profiling code can exist side-by-side. The new
profiling code will be submitted soon and it only supports insert-edge-profiling
for now and will not depend on ProfileInfo.

premature, these libraries will be going away for the 2.0 release. Other
arrangements for profiling, gc, etc. should be made in the next few months.
