317ccafdbd Revert "Remove the explicit SDNodeIterator::operator= in favor of the implicit default"
Accidentally committed a few more of these cleanup changes than
intended. Still breaking these out & tidying them up.

This reverts commit r231135.

b13215ec3b Remove the explicit SDNodeIterator::operator= in favor of the implicit default
There doesn't seem to be any need to assert that iterator assignment is
between iterators over the same node - if you want to reuse an iterator
variable to iterate another node, that's perfectly acceptable. Just
don't mix comparisons between iterators into disjoint sequences, as
usual.

This removes a bit of duplicated code and more importantly, remembers the

This in turn allows for any name to be used and avoids a crash if the name

7c0f2ab3db Use ".arch_extension" ARM directive to specify the additional CPU features
This patch is in response to r223147 where the avaiable features are
computed based on ".cpu" directive. This will work clean for the standard
variants like cortex-a9. For custom variants which rely on standard cpu names
for assembly, the additional features of a CPU should be propagated. This can be
done via ".arch_extension" as long as the assembler supports it. The
implementation for krait along with unit test will be submitted in next patch.

00ae03a747 Revert a series of commits starting at r228886 which is triggering some
regressions for LLDB on Linux. Rafael indicated on lldb-dev that we
should just go ahead and revert these but that he wasn't at a computer.
The patches backed out are as follows:

r228980: Add support for having multiple sections with the name and ...
r228889: Invert the section relocation map.
r228888: Use the existing SymbolTableIndex intsead of doing a lookup.
r228886: Create the Section -> Rel Section map when it is first needed.

These patches look pretty nice to me, so hoping its not too hard to get
them re-instated. =D

SectionKind is an abstraction used by common code that uses a plain

3f6dea4864 ARM: fail less catastrophically on invalid Windows input
Windows supports a restricted set of relocations (compared to ARM ELF). In some
cases, we may end up generating an unsupported relocation. This can occur with
bad input to the assembler in particular (the frontend should never generate
code that cannot be compiled). Generate an error rather than just aborting.

The change in the API is driven by the desire to provide a slightly more helpful
message for debugging purposes.

a23cc6a1ea Add r224985 back with fixes.
The fixes are to note that AArch64 has additional restrictions on when local
relocations can be used. In particular, ld64 requires that relocations to
cstring/cfstrings use linker visible symbols.

Original message:

In an assembly expression like

bar:
  .long L0 + 1

the intended semantics is that bar will contain a pointer one byte past L0.

In sections that are merged by content (strings, 4 byte constants, etc), a
single position in the section doesn't give the linker enough information.
For example, it would not be able to tell a relocation must point to the
end of a string, since that would look just like the start of the next.

The solution used in ELF to use relocation with symbols if there is a non-zero
addend.

In MachO before this patch we would just keep all symbols in some sections.

This would miss some cases (only cstrings on x86_64 were implemented) and was
inefficient since most relocations have an addend of 0 and can be represented
without the symbol.

This patch implements the non-zero addend logic for MachO too.

221a7075cf Add the llvm.frameallocate and llvm.recoverframeallocation intrinsics
These intrinsics allow multiple functions to share a single stack
allocation from one function's call frame. The function with the
allocation may only perform one allocation, and it must be in the entry
block.

Functions accessing the allocation call llvm.recoverframeallocation with
the function whose frame they are accessing and a frame pointer from an
active call frame of that function.

These intrinsics are very difficult to inline correctly, so the
intention is that they be introduced rarely, or at least very late
during EH preparation.

b461e8304c Target: Allow target specific operand types
This adds two new fields to the RegisterOperand TableGen class:

string OperandNamespace = "MCOI";
string OperandType = "OPERAND_REGISTER";

These fields can be used to specify a target specific operand type,
which will be stored in the OperandType member of the MCOperandInfo
object.

This can be useful for targets that need to store some extra information
about operands that cannot be expressed using the target independent
types. For example, in the R600 backend, there are operands which
can take either registers or immediates and it is convenient to be able
to specify this in the TableGen definitions.

0f85d54670 Add the ExceptionHandling::MSVC enumeration
It is intended to be used for a family of personality functions that
have similar IR preparation requirements. Typically when interoperating
with MSVC personality functions, bits of functionality need to be
outlined from the main function into helper functions. There is also
usually more than one landing pad per invoke, which does not match the
LLVM IR landingpad representation.

None of this is implemented yet. This change just adds a new enum that
is active for *-windows-msvc and delegates to the EH removal preparation
pass. No functionality change for other targets.

2664ea938f Introduce CPUStringIsValid() into MCSubtargetInfo and use it for ARM .cpu parsing.
Previously .cpu directive in ARM assembler didnt switch to the new CPU and
therefore acted as a nop. This implemented real action for .cpu and eg.
allows to assembler FreeBSD kernel with -integrated-as.

b043278834 [NVPTX] Do not emit .weak symbols for NVPTX
Summary:
".weak" symbols cannot be consumed by ptxas (PR21685). This patch makes the
weak directive in MCAsmPrinter customizable, and disables emitting ".weak"
symbols for NVPTX.

fcf3609fd7 Use C++ typed enums instead of 'unsigned char' for MCInst Kind. NFC.
This makes it much easier to see the value of operands in the debugger.

1d4f28c6bc Remove StringMap::GetOrCreateValue in favor of StringMap::insert
Having two ways to do this doesn't seem terribly helpful and
consistently using the insert version (which we already has) seems like
it'll make the code easier to understand to anyone working with standard
data structures. (I also updated many references to the Entry's
key and value to use first() and second instead of getKey{Data,Length,}
and get/setValue - for similar consistency)

Also removes the GetOrCreateValue functions so there's less surface area
to StringMap to fix/improve/change/accommodate move semantics, etc.

a5babc8a31 Move register class name strings to a single array in MCRegisterInfo to reduce static table size and number of relocation entries.
Indices into the table are stored in each MCRegisterClass instead of a pointer. A new method, getRegClassName, is added to MCRegisterInfo and TargetRegisterInfo to lookup the string in the table.

0737b4ee14 Rename EH related stuff to be more precise
Summary:
The current "WinEH" exception handling type is more about Itanium-style
LSDA tables layered on top of the Windows native unwind info format
instead of .eh_frame tables or EHABI unwind info. Use the name
"ItaniumWinEH" to better reflect the hybrid nature of the design.

Also rename isExceptionHandlingDWARF to usesItaniumLSDAForExceptions,
since the LSDA is part of the Itanium C++ ABI document, and not the
DWARF standard.
