1440e8b918 Inside the calling convention logic LocVT is always a simple 
value type, so there is no point in passing it around using
an EVT.  Use the simpler MVT everywhere.  Rather than trying
to propagate this information maximally in all the code that
using the calling convention stuff, I chose to do a mainly
low impact change instead.

e72f2027e9 reimplement memcpy/memmove/memset lowering to use MachinePointerInfo 
instead of srcvalue/offset pairs.  This corrects SV info for mem 
operations whose size is > 32-bits.

84023e0fbe Reapply bottom-up fast-isel, with several fixes for x86-32: 
- Check getBytesToPopOnReturn().
 - Eschew ST0 and ST1 for return values.
 - Fix the PIC base register initialization so that it doesn't ever
   fail to end up the top of the entry block.

bf87e24917 Re-apply bottom-up fast-isel, with fixes. Be very careful to avoid emitting

c9af33c685 CanLowerReturn doesn't need a SelectionDAG; it just needs an LLVMContext. 
SelectBasicBlock doesn't needs its BasicBlock argument.

d858e90f03 Use const qualifiers with TargetLowering. This eliminates several 
const_casts, and it reinforces the design of the Target classes being
immutable.

SelectionDAGISel::IsLegalToFold is now a static member function, because
PIC16 uses it in an unconventional way. There is more room for API
cleanup here.

And PIC16's AsmPrinter no longer uses TargetLowering.

ebc64cf780 Lower add (mul a, b), c into MACCU / MACCS nodes which translate 
directly to the maccu / maccs instructions. We handle this in
ExpandADDSUB since after type legalisation it is messy to
recognise these operations.

d712783492 Fix XCoreTargetLowering::isLegalAddressingMode() to handle VoidTy. 
Previously LoopStrengthReduce would sometimes be unable to find
a legal formula, causing an assertion failure.
