Andrew Trick 5fd5b125ff Avoid creating canonical induction variables for non-native types. 
For example, on 32-bit architecture, don't promote all uses of the IV
to 64-bits just because one use is a 64-bit cast.
Alternate implementation of the patch by Arnaud de Grandmaison.

Dan Gohman 572645cf84 Reapply the new LoopStrengthReduction code, with compile time and 
bug fixes, and with improved heuristics for analyzing foreign-loop
addrecs.

This change also flattens IVUsers, eliminating the stride-oriented
groupings, which makes it easier to work with.

Dan Gohman f2f6ce65b7 Change tests from "opt %s" to "opt < %s" so that opt doesn't see the 
input filename so that opt doesn't print the input filename in the
output so that grep lines in the tests don't unintentionally match
strings in the input filename.

Chris Lattner 3a334cb868 Add test for this: 
Allow operands after the induction variable (no restrictions):

  int x;
  for (i)
