Replace more uses of 'unwind' in the tests with calls to landingpad and
resume. Note that some of these tests were basically dead.

change simplifycfg to not duplicate 'unwind' instructions. Hopefully
this will increase the likelihood of common code getting sunk towards
the unwind.
