b1e1e82c54 Change these tests to feed the assembly files to opt directly, instead 
of using llvm-as, now that opt supports this.

2a99b482a6 Fix PR3298, a crash in Jump Threading. Apparently even 
jump threading can have bugs, who knew? ;-)
