767295f114 Now that llvm-dwarfdump supports flags to specify which DWARF section to dump, 
use them in tests that run llvm-dwarfdump. This is in order to make tests as
specific as possible.

938482f522 Add support for generating dwarf debugging info with assembly files 
run through the 'C' preprocessor.  That is pick up the file name
and line numbers from the cpp hash file line comments for the
dwarf file and line numbers tables.
