Manman Ren	bec50063a5	Debug Info: update testing cases to specify the debug info version number. ... Adrian Prantl	940267e7f2	Debug info: Let LowerDbgDeclare perfom the dbg.declare -> dbg.value ... lowering only for load/stores to scalar allocas.
