6726b6d75a Remove VISIBILITY_HIDDEN from class/struct found inside anonymous namespaces. 
Chris claims we should never have visibility_hidden inside any .cpp file but
that's still not true even after this commit.

2a610c7387 Update DebugInfo interface to use metadata, instead of special named llvm.dbg.... global variables, to encode debugging information in llvm IR. This is mostly a mechanical change that tests metadata support very well. 
This change speeds up llvm-gcc by more then 6% at "-O0 -g" (measured by compiling InstructionCombining.cpp!)

ff7d0e9509 Global variables don't have a corresponding llvm.dbg.declare, yet it is possible 
to obtain debug info about them.
Introduce helpers to access debug info for global variables. Also introduce a
helper that works for both local and global variables.

ccbdc7ab82 Pass in a std::string when getting the names of debugging things. This cuts down

6e68106a47 Add -print-dbginfo pass that prints LLVM IR with comments inserted to show 
which source/line a certain BB/instruction comes from, original variable names,
and original (unmangled) C++ name of functions.
