Jakob Stoklund Olesen	6660ed5f2f	Don't run RAFast in the optimizing regalloc pipeline. ... The fast register allocator is not supposed to work in the optimizing pipeline. It doesn't make sense to compute live intervals, run full copy coalescing, and then run RAFast. Jakob Stoklund Olesen	bf4e10f2f6	Emit a proper error message when register allocators run out of registers. ... This can't be just an assertion, users can always write impossible inline assembly.
