Canonicalize header guards into a common format.
...
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)
Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

[C++11] Add 'override' keywords and remove 'virtual'. Additionally add 'final' and leave 'virtual' on some methods that are marked virtual without overriding anything and have no obvious overrides themselves. MSP430 edition

Don't attach annotations to MCInst's. Instead, have the disassembler return, and the printer accept, an annotation string which can be passed through if the client cares about annotations.

We need to pass the TargetMachine object to the InstPrinter if we are printing
...
the alias of an InstAlias instead of the thing being aliased. Because we need to
know the features that are valid for an InstAlias.
This is part of a work-in-progress.

Re-apply r115363 and r115366 now that r115525 has removed the un-needed header
...
that caused the circular dependencies on Linux.
Built OK for me on OSX and Linux (Ubuntu) with configure/make and CMake. Will
keep an eye on the bots....
