cd52a7a381 Revert r240137 (Fixed/added namespace ending comments using clang-tidy. NFC)
Apparently, the style needs to be agreed upon first.

5d6f997e0a Make updateDFSNumbers API public
Summary:
There are a number of passes that could be sped up by using dominator tree DFS numbers to order or compare things across multiple bbs
(MemorySSA, MergedLoadStoreMotion, EarlyCSE, Sinking, GVN, NewGVN, for starters :P).

For example, GVN/CSE elimination can be done with a simple stack/etc (instead of full-on scoped hash table or repeated leader set walks)
if the DFS pair is stored next to leaders.

The dominator tree keeps them, and the DOM tree nodes expose them as public, but you have no guarantee they are up to date (and in fact,
if you split blocks or whatever during your pass, they definitely won't be)

This means passes either have to compute their own versions[1], or make 32 queries, or ....
Rather than try to hide this, i just made the API public, and make it do nothing if the numbers are already valid.

[1] Which we want as a non-recursive walk, which is not pretty, sadly,
because it cannot use the depth first iterators since you don't get called on the way back up. So you either have to do one walk with po_iterator
and one with df_iterator, or write your own non-recursive walk that looks identical to the one in updateDFSNumbers.

4010b7d75a [dom] Make the DominatorTreeBase not a dynamic class!
Now that the passes are wrappers around this, we no longer need
a vtable, virtual destructor, and other associated mess. This is
particularly nice to me as this is a class template. =]

4d47479074 [PM] Make DominatorTrees (corectly) movable so that we can move them
into the new pass manager's analysis cache which stores results
by-value.

Technically speaking, the dom trees were originally not movable but
copyable! This, unsurprisingly, didn't work at all -- the copy was
shallow and just resulted in rampant memory corruption. This change
explicitly forbids copying (as it would need to be a deep copy) and
makes them explicitly movable with the unsurprising boiler plate to
member-wise move them because we can't rely on MSVC to generate this
code for us. =/

cf0dee8bbc [dom] Remove extraneous inline keywords. Template functions and inline

Naturally, this could change how LLVM inlines these functions because

35854cb40b [dom] The formatting of the generic domtree has bitrotted over the years
significantly. Clean it up with the help of clang-format.

I've touched this up by hand in a couple of places that weren't quite
right (IMO). I think most of these actually have bugs open about
already.

00e08fcaa0 Canonicalize header guards into a common format.
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments

they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

f1a7403e86 Fix very poor compile-time in PR19499 due to excessive tree walks in
domtree. When finding a nearest common dominator, if neither A dominates
B nor B dominates A, we immediately resorted to a tree walk. The tree
walk here is *particularly* expensive because we have to build
a (potentially very large) set for one side's dominators and compare it
with the other side's.

If at any point we have DFS info, we don't need to do any of this. We
can just walk up one side's immediate dominators and return the first
one which dominates the other side. Because of the DFS info, the
dominates queries are trivially constant time.

This reduces the optimizers time in the test case on PR19499 by 70%. It
now optimizes in about 30 seconds for me. And there is still more to be
done for this case.

7f2eff792a [PM] Split DominatorTree into a concrete analysis result object which
can be used by both the new pass manager and the old.

This removes it from any of the virtual mess of the pass interfaces and
lets it derive cleanly from the DominatorTreeBase<> template. In turn,
tons of boilerplate interface can be nuked and it turns into a very
straightforward extension of the base DominatorTree interface.

The old analysis pass is now a simple wrapper. The names and style of
this split should match the split between CallGraph and
CallGraphWrapperPass. All of the users of DominatorTree have been
updated to match using many of the same tricks as with CallGraph. The
goal is that the common type remains the resulting DominatorTree rather
than the pass. This will make subsequent work toward the new pass
manager significantly easier.

Also in numerous places things became cleaner because I switched from
re-running the pass (!!! mid way through some other passes run!!!) to
directly recomputing the domtree.

ed0b9ad2e6 [PM] Fix the const-correctness of the generic DominatorTreeBase to
support notionally const queries even though they may trigger DFS
numbering updates.

The updating of DFS numbers and tracking of slow queries do not mutate
the observable state of the domtree. They should be const to
differentiate them from the APIs which mutate the tree directly to do
incremental updates.

This will make it possible in a world where the DominatorTree is not
a pass but merely the result of running a pass to derive DominatorTree
from the base class as it was originally designed, removing a huge
duplication of API in DominatorTree.

2073b0a63c [PM] Pull the generic graph algorithms and data structures for dominator
trees into the Support library.

These are all expressed in terms of the generic GraphTraits and CFG,
with no reliance on any concrete IR types. Putting them in support
clarifies that and makes the fact that the static analyzer in Clang uses
them much more sane. When moving the Dominators.h file into the IR
library I claimed that this was the right home for it but not something
I planned to work on. Oops.

So why am I doing this? It happens to be one step toward breaking the
requirement that IR verification can only be performed from inside of
a pass context, which completely blocks the implementation of
verification for the new pass manager infrastructure. Fixing it will
also allow removing the concept of the "preverify" step (WTF???) and
allow the verifier to cleanly flag functions which fail verification in
a way that precludes even computing dominance information. Currently,
that results in a fatal error even when you ask the verifier to not
fatally error. It's awesome like that.

The yak shaving will continue...
