Bob Wilson ea7f22c31d Stop using the old pre-UAL syntax for LDM/STM instruction suffixes. 
This does not move entirely to UAL syntax, since the default "increment after"
suffix is empty but we still use "IA" for that.

Reid Spencer 9445e9aaa0 For PR1553: 
Change the keywords for the zext and sext parameter attributes to be 
zeroext and signext so they don't conflict with the keywords for the
instructions of the same name. This gets around the ambiguity.
