Eli Friedman	201c9776bd	Fix for PR2164: allow transforming arbitrary-width unsigned divides into ... multiplies. Some more cleverness would be nice, though. It would be nice if we could do this transformation on illegal types. Dan Gohman	77003040b2	Don't lower srem/urem X%C to X-X/C*C unless the division is actually ... optimized. This avoids creating illegal divisions when the combiner is running after legalize; this fixes PR1815.
