ffc658b056 ARM VLDR/VSTR instructions don't need a size suffix. 
Canonicallize on the non-suffixed form, but continue to accept assembly that
has any correctly sized type suffix.

589130fac1 Simplify printing of ARM shifted immediates. 
Print shifted immediate values directly rather than as a payload+shifter
value pair. This makes for more readable output assembly code, simplifies
the instruction printer, and is consistent with how Thumb immediates are
 displayed.

727842e9d7 Fix bug in regression tests that ignored stderr output in RUN lines. Updated tests and fixed broken run lines.

eb1d74e0c8 For PR1319: 
Remove && from the end of the lines to prevent tests from throwing run
lines into the background. Also, clean up places where the same command
is run multiple times by using a temporary file.

908504347b For PR411: 
Update these tests to not use the same name even though the type of the
value differs. After PR411 hits, type planes will be gone and it will be
illegal for a name to be used twice, regardless of type.
