Bill Wendling	2e9d5f912a	Massive check in. This changes the "-fast" flag to "-O#" in llc. If you want to ... use the old behavior, the flag is -O0. This change allows for finer-grained control over which optimizations are run at different -O levels. Most of this work was pretty mechanical. The majority of the fixes came from verifying that a "fast" variable wasn't used anymore. The JIT still uses a "Fast" flag. Evan Cheng	5d088fee7c	Fix a bug in spill weight computation. If the alias is a super-register, and the super-register is in the register class we are trying to allocate. Then add the weight to all sub-registers of the super-register even if they are not aliases. ... e.g. allocating for GR32, bh is not used, updating bl spill weight. bl should get the same spill weight otherwise it will be choosen as a spill candidate since spilling bh doesn't make ebx available.
