Dan Gohman	6b13cd4154	Revert r131152, r129796, r129761. This code is currently considered ... to be unreliable on platforms which require memcpy calls, and it is complicating broader legalize cleanups. Cameron Zwarich	a2e979565b	A CCState was being created without setting whether it is in the Call or Prologue state, ... causing an assertion failure downstream. This fixes <rdar://problem/9562908>. This really seems like it should always be set at CCState creation time, so mistakes like this can never happen.
