be46c79501 Add llvm::sys::getHostTriple and remove
llvm::sys::getOS{Name,Version}.

Right now the implementation just derives from LLVM_HOSTTRIPLE (which
is wrong, but it doesn't look like we have a define for the target
triple). Ideally this routine would actually be able to compute the
triple for targets we care about.

7ed47a1335 Don't attribute in file headers anymore. See llvmdev for the
discussion of this change. Boy are my fingers tired. ;-)

67f1c493d1 Remove host endianness info from TargetData and
put it in a new header System/Host.h instead.
Instead of getting the endianness from configure,
calculate it directly.
