Chris Lattner 478921b11a Clarify that all manipulatable values must be of first class type, and specifically 
update the PHI node entry to mention this as well.

Chris Lattner 27f71f2659 Add a WHOLE lot of updates clarifications and fixes. This is not done but getting closer. I changed the docs to reflect the goal of making unwind an instruction, not an intrinsic.
