sink the 'name' and 'isdirective' state out of MCSection into its derived classes.

This totally optimizes PIC16 sections by not having an 'isdirective' bit anymore!! ;-)

which "as" accepts (on Darwin).

add trivial support for passing label definitions through the MCStreamer.
