76926b6789 Fix SimplifyLibCalls to transfer attributes from callees rather than 
calls, since direct calls don't always reflect the attributes of their
callees.

79cb840136 Transform pow(x, 0.5) to (x == -inf ? inf : fabs(sqrt(x))), which is 
typically faster then doing a general pow.
