Reid Spencer	a773bd54f3	Update the auto* tools: autoconf 2.60, libtool 1.5.22, automake 1.9.6. ... Update ltld.[ch] to version 1.5.22. Reid Spencer	e32beb78d5	Fix a bug in libtool's ltmain.sh. On Cygwin the "$output.exp" expression ... expands to a full path name. Substitute $outputname.exp" instead and it makes a viable temporary file name.
