c1be92f3bb Make BasicAliasAnalysis a normal AliasAnalysis implementation which 
does normal initialization and normal chaining. Change the default
AliasAnalysis implementation to NoAlias.

Update StandardCompileOpts.h and friends to explicitly request
BasicAliasAnalysis.

Update tests to explicitly request -basicaa.

a85a66423d Be more careful about invariance reasoning on "store" queries. Stores still need 
to depend on Ref and ModRef calls within the invariant region.

4bc737c5ef Add trivial support for the invariance intrinsics to memdep. This logic is 
purely local for now.
