Tim Northover	dcef6a7400	Fix FileCheck --check-prefix lines. Various tests had sprung up over the years which had --check-prefix=ABC on the RUN line, but "CHECK-ABC:" later on. This happened to work before, but was strictly incorrect. FileCheck is getting stricter soon though. Renato Golin	3382a84074	Avoid NEON SP-FP unless unsafe-math or Darwin NEON is not IEEE 754 compliant, so we should avoid lowering single-precision floating point operations with NEON unless unsafe-math is turned on.
