095734c578 [C++11] More 'nullptr' conversion. In some cases just using a boolean check instead of comparing to nullptr.

354362524a [weak vtables] Remove a bunch of weak vtables
This patch removes most of the trivial cases of weak vtables by pinning them to
a single object file. The memory leaks in this version have been fixed. Thanks
Alexey for pointing them out.

b21ab43cfc Revert r194865 and r194874.
This change is incorrect. If you delete virtual destructor of both a base class
and a subclass, then the following code:
  Base *foo = new Child();
  delete foo;
will not cause the destructor for members of Child class. As a result, I observe
plently of memory leaks. Notable examples I investigated are:
ObjectBuffer and ObjectBufferStream, AttributeImpl and StringSAttributeImpl.

61131ab15f Remove exception handling usage from tblgen.
Most places can use PrintFatalError as the unwinding mechanism was not
used for anything other than printing the error. The single exception
was CodeGenDAGPatterns.cpp, where intermediate errors during type
resolution were ignored to simplify incremental platform development.
This use is replaced by an error flag in TreePattern and bailout earlier
in various places if it is set.

6cfc806a6b tblgen: Mechanically move dynamic_cast<> to dyn_cast<>.
Some of these dyn_cast<>'s would be better phrased as isa<> or cast<>.
That will happen in a future patch.

There are also two dyn_cast_or_null<>'s slipped in instead of
dyn_cast<>'s, since they were causing crashes with just dyn_cast<>.

d4a9066c93 [AVX] Make Inits Foldable
Manage Inits in a FoldingSet. This provides several benefits:

- Memory for Inits is properly managed

- Duplicate Inits are folded into Flyweights, saving memory

- It enforces const-correctness, protecting against certain classes
  of bugs

The above benefits allow Inits to be used in more contexts, which in
turn provides more dynamism to TableGen. This enhanced capability
will be used by the AVX code generator to a fold common patterns
together.

1de99829b6 Teach TableGen to evaluate DAG expressions as set operations.
A TableGen backend can define how certain classes can be expanded into
ordered sets of defs, typically by evaluating a specific field in the
record. The SetTheory class can then evaluate DAG expressions that refer
to these named sets.

A number of standard set and list operations are predefined, and the
backend can add more specialized operators if needed. The -print-sets
backend is used by SetTheory.td to provide examples.

This is intended to simplify how register classes are defined:

  def GR32_NOSP : RegisterClass<"X86", [i32], 32, (sub GR32, ESP)>;
