19dc6e6736 ARM: Enable machine verifier for a few more tests. 
Now that fast-isel is in better shape, we can enable the machine
verifier for these tests, too.

7ddda4704c Fix ARM FastISel PIC function call. 
The function call to external function should come with PLT relocation
type if the PIC relocation model is used.
