Vikram S. Adve c1e4a813a2 Add support for reading ConstantExpr nodes. 
Add class ConstantFwdRefs to resolve forward references to constants
and to globals (unified old code for globals into this).

Chris Lattner 92940ac1c0 Enable better debug output. When debugging the type system, print out the 
type tables after reading a bytecode file to make sure they are ok

Chris Lattner 221d688a5e Method.h no longer includes BasicBlock.h 
Method::inst_* is now in llvm/Support/InstIterator.h
GraphTraits specializations for BasicBlock and Methods are now in llvm/Support/CFG.h

Chris Lattner 2b9f6004df Fixed a LONG standing, SCARY problem with bytecode encoding. It turns out to be an endian problem that only shows up with type 0 instructions in LARGE programs.

* Methods name references are now explicit pointers to methods
