Benjamin Kramer 009da05e75 ComputeMaskedBits: Make knownzero computation more aggressive for ctlz with undef zero.
unsigned foo(unsigned x) { return 31 - __builtin_clz(x); }
now compiles into a single "bsrl" instruction on x86.
