Jakob Stoklund Olesen 1b19dc1d8b Move RABasic::addMBBLiveIns to the base class, it is generally useful.
Minor optimization to the use of IntervalMap iterators. They are fairly
heavyweight, so prefer SI.valid() over SI != end().
