NAKAMURA Takumi 027f98cd3b test/lit.cfg: Add PATHEXT to 'substitution', to recognize tools on Windows hosts. Thanks to Danil Malyshev! 
Some tests on Windows use the "not" utility and fail with an error "program not executable". The reason for this error is that the name of the executable file sended to the "not" without the extension.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
