Bruno Cardoso Lopes 030160073d Fix the encoding of QADD/SUB, QDADD/SUB. While qadd16, qadd8 use "rd, rn, rm", ... qadd and qdadd uses "rd, rm, rn", the same applies to the 'sub' variants.
