Bob Wilson 067a16c974 Use __builtin_shufflevector to implement vget_low and vget_high intrinsics.
This was suggested by Edmund Grimley Evans in pr8411.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
