Eric Christopher acdd4442cb getRegForInlineAsmConstraint wants to use TargetRegisterInfo for ... a lookup, pass that in rather than use a naked call to getSubtargetImpl. This involved passing down and around either a TargetMachine or TargetRegisterInfo.
