James Molloy 104629cc7c [ARM64-BE] Make big endian (scalar) argument passing work correctly. ... This completes the port of r204814 (cpirker "AArch64_BE function argument passing for ARM ABI") from AArch64 to ARM64, and fixes a bunch of issues found during later development along the way. Transforms	Improve 'tail' call marking in TRE. A bootstrap of clang goes from 375k calls marked tail in the IR to 470k, however this improvement does not carry into an improvement of the call/jmp ratio on x86.
