Jakob Stoklund Olesen 1222287543 Fix PHIElimination optimization that uses MBB->getBasicBlock. ... The BasicBlock associated with a MachineBasicBlock does not necessarily correspond to the code in the MBB. Don't insert a new IR BasicBlock when splitting critical edges.
