David Majnemer 134cb22902 [InstCombine, InstSimplify] Move xforms from Combine to Simplify
There were several SelectInst combines that always returned an existing
instruction instead of modifying an old one or creating a new one.
These are prime candidates for moving to InstSimplify.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
