Chris Lattner 13b2f764c0 Implement SimplifyCFG/DeadSetCC.ll
SimplifyCFG is one of those passes that we use for final cleanup: it should
not rely on other passes to clean up its garbage.  This fixes the "why are
trivially dead setcc's in the output of gccas" problem.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
