Sanjay Patel 14c1d068a3 optimize the AVX2 (integer) version of vperm2 into a shuffle
...because this is what happens when an instruction
set puts its underwear on after its pants.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
