Exon Smith 1cfad01081 IR: Avoid DIScopeRef in DIImportedEntity::getEntity() ... `DIImportedEntity::getEntity()` currently returns a `DIScopeRef`, but the nodes it references aren't always `DIScope`s. In particular, it can reference global variables.
