Reid Kleckner 1ec250a32f musttail: Only set the inreg flag for fastcall and vectorcall

Otherwise we'll attempt to forward ECX, EDX, and EAX for cdecl and
stdcall thunks, leaving us with no scratch registers for indirect call
targets.

Fixes PR22052.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
